Anxiety and Trauma-Informed Therapy
Welcome Yourself Back to Balance - Where the Way Out Is In
You remember a time when anxiety, self-doubt and self-criticism weren’t the norm… but those days feel so long ago. Do you wish you had the tools to change that?
You’ve come to the right place.
I’m Jennifer, and I help adults just like you: ones that have it within them to discover their ability to not only heal, but thrive. They just need the support to get there.
I help my clients find their own path to a place of knowing that comes from within, by working through barriers and providing tools that lead to self-acceptance and improved connection to others in all areas of your life.
Many of today’s solutions for anxiety and trauma focus heavily on “talk therapy”. This leads many to the front gate, but shy of the change they truly desire just beyond the threshold. I know that sometimes talk can only take you so far, so we tailor your therapy to meet your unique needs with the most effective approaches to move you forward in mind and body.
First, we explore the key dynamics leading to your anxiety, trauma and/or adjustment challenges. Then we select the therapeutic approaches that will most effectively address your personal pain points. Through our work together, you’ll find not only healing, but the tools you’ll continue to use as you move forward in better relationship to yourself and your loved ones.
I am dedicated to helping people find balance in all areas of life.
My training has provided me with the expertise you need and deserve when healing yourself and your relationships . But when it comes down to it, you want to know you’ll be working with someone who “gets” what it means to be an adult struggling with anxiety and/or trauma.
I have personally experienced the transformation good anxiety therapy can provide. The impact was so great that as a therapist, I chose to go beyond traditional talk therapy and train in the approaches so effectively used on my own therapeutic journey. I know it takes a lot to make that first step. Know that when we work together, you won’t just get a therapist with training, but a therapist dedicated to hearing and understanding what you’re going through.
